Description

Blackadder, known for its Raw Cask bottlings drawn straight from the barrel with sediment intact. This Raw Cask 10 Year Old is a 2011 vintage matured in Pedro Ximenez, cask 99, a release of 167 bottles. Miltonduff, a light, floral Speyside from near Elgin, its spirit long destined for the Ballantine's blend.

Ten years in Pedro Ximenez loaded the soft, floral character with the sweetest sherry, residual sugars and melanoidins giving raisin, date and treacle.

At 57.1% it shows dark PX raisin and date over the floral body, undiluted. A PX Raw Cask 10.
