Description

Douglas Laing bottles this 10 Year Old in its Provenance range, a 2009 vintage from Oloroso cask DL 13897, an outturn of 370 bottles. Miltonduff, the sweet, grassy Speyside raised on the grounds of Pluscarden Abbey and known as a Ballantine's workhorse.

Ten years in Oloroso wrapped the floral spirit in raisin and date, the sherry's melanoidins and softening tannin knitting with the fruit.

At 50% it shows sherried dried fruit over the floral body, undiluted. A Provenance 10.
