Martin Miller’s Summerful Gin

Martin Miller and his friends set out to spark a gin renaissance, and Summerful is their warm-weather variation on the original. It takes the familiar Martin Miller's base and enriches it with an extra distillate of seasonal herbs gathered in England and Iceland, Arctic thyme and rosemary among them, then cuts the spirit with fresh Icelandic spring water. The result is built to read as spring tipping into summer, all freshly mown meadows and herb gardens.

The nose is herbal and floral, lavender, sage and mint stepping forward in turn. The palate is soft and lightly sweet, full of spring flowers, before a long finish. Pour over ice with a light tonic and a sprig of rosemary or mint to draw out the herbal side.
