A.D. Rattray traces its name to a firm established in 1868. This 11 Year Old is a 2007 vintage from ex-Bourbon cask 800347, an outturn of 285 bottles.

Eleven years in ex-Bourbon framed the rich spirit, the cask's lignin breaking down to vanillin for a clear vanilla note.

At 57.8% it shows citrus, a fragrant note, vanilla and fresh fruit over Longmorn's body, undiluted. An A.D. Rattray 11.
