La Cofradia Blanco is a 100% de agave tequila from the La Cofradía house, a producer that has been making tequila for more than fifty years. The name means brotherhood in Spanish, and the house is known for its distinctive glass and porcelain bottles. The maestros fill this blanco straight after distillation, keeping it as a fresh, unaged expression that shows the agave directly.
This is a joven in spirit, bright and juicy, drawn from Blue Weber agave. It leans on cooked agave, citrus and a delicate vanilla, with a notably soft, creamy texture that holds on the palate. The finish carries that creamy fullness for some time. A gentle, approachable blanco at 38% that favours smoothness over edge.
