Knockdhu anCnoc 2007 Cask #638

This 2007 single cask is a 15 year old anCnoc, a Single Cask Exclusive drawn from ex-Bourbon cask 638 and bottled in 2022, an outturn of 276 bottles released at an event. Knockdhu distillery, at Knock, in Banffshire, took the anCnoc name since Knockando was too close a name.

Inver House restarted production in 1989. Fifteen years in a single ex-Bourbon cask build a rounded, vanilla-rich malt.

At cask strength, 50.5%. From the ex-Bourbon come vanilla and coconut, the full power lifting the bright fruit. A full-strength single-cask anCnoc.
