Seven years in a single ex-Bourbon cask add early vanilla while the malt keeps its bright, cereal edge.
Bottled without dilution at 59.2%. From the ex-Bourbon come vanilla and coconut, the full power lifting the bright fruit. A young single cask from a tiny outturn.
