Description

Jack Wiebers' Great Ocean Liners series carries this Inchfad, Loch Lomond's heavily peated island malt, a 15 year old from 2009 drawn from cask 3071.

Fifteen years in ex-Bourbon soften the bold peat, the low-tannin oak giving vanilla below the reek.

At 51.4% the wood smoke runs over a sweet barley core, guaiacol and cresols carrying the smoke. A peated Inchfad.
