Uncharted Whisky Co. bottles this Inchfad, Loch Lomond's heavily peated island malt, a mature 17 year old from 2005, cask UC011.

Seventeen years in ex-Bourbon soften the bold peat, the low-tannin oak lending vanilla and old-wood depth.

At 53.1% the wood smoke runs over a sweet barley core, guaiacol leading the smoky reek. A mature peated Inchfad.
