Flor de Caña's 4 Anos Extra Seco comes from the Nicaraguan distillery known for its slow ageing and no added sugar approach, a column still molasses rum rested in ex-bourbon wood and bottled at 40%. As the name suggests, this is a dry, light white rum built for mixing rather than sipping.

The profile is mostly neutral and clean, with faint vanilla, coconut, floral and citrus notes over a dry, fresh palate and a young, lightly solventy finish. It is made to blend into a drink without dominating, which is where its value lies.
