Eden Mill Quadruple Treble Whisky is a blended Scotch from Eden Mill, the craft brewery and distillery at Guardbridge near St Andrews. It draws on the distillery's own young malt for a fresh, cereal driven character. A new distillery opened on the same Eden Campus site, continuing the small batch whisky.

The young Eden Mill make gives a fresh, malty, cereal driven core. It was matured in an ex-Bourbon cask, the oak quiet behind the young spirit. The slow coastal maturation suits the small batch, the cask and spirit growing together. Its inaugural single malt was released on St Andrew's Day in 2018, a limited edition. The cool coastal air of the Eden estuary gives a slow, gentle maturation. Bottled at natural strength and colour, the full young character is kept in the glass. It uses a range of cask types to shape the young spirit, from ex-Bourbon to sherry, rum and Madeira.

At a natural 47% it is full and lively. Green apple, cereal and a soft vanilla run through it, fresh and lively. Pear, cereal and a creamy vanilla fill the middle. The finish is fresh, malty and gently spiced. A characterful blended Scotch.
