Belvedere is distilled in Poland from rye and pure water, and this Formula 1 Limited Edition dresses the brand's organic bottling in motorsport-inspired livery to mark its partnership with the sport, complete with a golden cap and the glowing palace motif. The liquid itself is organic rye vodka, made from carefully selected Polish rye and distilled several times to clean the spirit while keeping rye's signature spice and creamy weight. Rye is what gives this its body and its faint peppery lift, where a neutral grain would give nothing, and the organic certification reflects the cultivation of the grain. It is bottled at 40% and also carries kosher certification.

The nose is soft and elegant with fine vanilla and creamy notes. The palate is full-bodied and round with a velvety texture, gentle vanilla, fine spice and a hint of black pepper, finishing fresh and floral with an elegant length. That floral, faintly fruity edge points toward a French Martini: shake it with raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice for a soft, fragrant drink, where the vodka's creaminess and floral lift carry the fruit without the cocktail turning cloying.
