Alizé Bleu Passion Liqueur

Alize Bleu Passion is a French passion fruit liqueur bottled at 20%, built on French vodka with the sweetness of passion fruit and other tropical fruits, and a hint of cognac for depth. Its signature is a bright blue colour set against a rich, fruity flavour, the blue purely visual while the liqueur reads as tropical passion fruit. That mix of colour and fruit is what gives it a place on a back bar geared toward vivid, crowd pleasing serves.

The nose is fresh with exotic fruit, especially passion fruit, over a delicate floral note, the palate fruity and sweet with intense passion fruit, gentle sweetness and a light citrus freshness, finishing short and refreshing. Behind the bar it does two jobs at once, lending tropical passion fruit flavour and sweetness while turning a drink a striking blue, which makes it a natural base for a Blue Lagoon or a Passion Fruit Martini.
