Alizé Gold Passion Liqueur

Alize Gold Passion is a French passion fruit liqueur bottled at 16%, built on French vodka with the vibrant sweetness of passion fruit and other tropical fruits, lifted by a hint of cognac for depth. Its golden colour gives it its name and its character is squarely tropical, a fruit forward liqueur designed to read sweet and exotic in the glass and to work both on its own and across mixed drinks.

In the style of the range it is full bodied and pronounced in its fruitiness, with passion fruit and tropical fruit leading over a gentle sweetness and a soft, rounded body. Behind the bar it brings tropical fruit flavour, sweetness and body, which makes it a useful base for fruit forward cocktails and a fast way to lift a sparkling long drink. It pours well as a chilled aperitif, layers into a passion fruit martini riff, and lengthens easily with soda or sparkling wine. Serve it well chilled, neat over ice or as the fruity heart of a tropical serve.
