Tres Vidas Tequila Reposado

Tres Vidas Reposado is a 100% agave organic tequila made from blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco and produced at NOM 1480, Tequila Las Américas, the certified organic house behind several other respected names. It is the rested follow on to the Tres Vidas Blanco, built to be enjoyed neat or over ice.

The agave is cooked in stone hornos, milled on a roller mill, fermented with natural yeast and twice distilled before reduction with spring water. It then rests four to eleven months in a mix of new and used American oak whiskey casks before bottling in recycled glass. The nose carries vanilla, melon and cinnamon with a touch of green agave, and the palate follows with cantaloupe, cinnamon and vanilla over a slightly oilier mouthfeel.
