Tres Vidas Tequila Blanco

Tres Vidas Blanco is a 100% agave organic tequila produced at NOM 1480, Tequila Las Américas in Jalisco, the distillery behind several other certified organic names. The agave is grown on the plains of Jalisco and the whole line leans on organic certification rather than spectacle, the plain bottle hiding a clean, gentle blanco.

The agave is cooked in masonry hornos, milled on a roller mill, fermented with natural yeast and distilled twice before reduction to 40% with spring water and bottling in recycled glass. The nose is delicate and almost confected, cotton candy and sugared sweetness over green agave undertones. The palate is fragile and soft, melon and cooked agave running into a short but present finish that keeps the agave clearly in view.
