Sikkim Privèe Premium Gin

Sikkim Privée is a Spanish-made gin with its heart in the Himalayan foothills: its base is a distillate of red tea from the Indian region of Sikkim, refined with carefully chosen botanicals including juniper, coriander, iris and bitter orange peel. That tea distillate is the whole point, lending a soft, floral, faintly sweet character that sets the gin well apart from the classic dry school. The effect is smooth and elegant, as happy neat as it is in a thoughtful cocktail.

The nose offers fine juniper with floral accents, citrus freshness and a light note of tea. The palate is soft and balanced, a mild sweetness alongside fresh herbal notes and a hint of red fruit, finishing long, smooth and gently spiced with subtle tea and citrus.
