Red tea from the Himalayan region of Sikkim gives this Spanish gin its quiet, floral backbone, with green apple, menthol and bitter orange peel weaving through. Distilled in a copper still dating to 1875, it is fresh, clear and a touch exotic. Long and balanced, finishing herbal and bright.

Description
Sikkim Greenery comes from Spain but borrows its soul from the Himalayas, built around an unusual base of red tea from the mountainous region of Sikkim. It is distilled in a historic copper still from 1875, a gentle, precise process that lets the tea's character come through cleanly. Around it sit green apple, menthol, bitter orange peel, coriander, iris and calamus, a green, fresh botanical set that gives the gin its clarity and exotic depth while nodding to the region's tea culture.
The nose is fresh and green, crisp apple over red tea with floral nuances and fine herbal notes. The palate is aromatic and clearly drawn, red tea, juniper, menthol and coriander threading through green apple and bitter orange. It finishes long, fresh and lightly herbal. Pour it with a mild tonic and a slice of green apple or a twist of lemon, where its tea and herb notes stay delicate and clear.
