Brecon Rhubarb & Cranberry Gin

Brecon's fruited expression comes from the Penderyn Distillery in Wales, built on the award-winning Brecon Gin that made its name on clean, harmonious purity. Into that clear base go natural rhubarb and cranberry, lending a distinctive sweet-and-sour brightness while the gin stays mild and approachable at 37.5%. It is a gin that wears its fruit lightly, all freshness rather than sugar.

The nose mixes fresh juniper with ripe cranberry and the tart lift of rhubarb, a hint of citrus and floral nuance rounding it out. The palate is soft and lightly sweet, rhubarb acidity and cranberry freshness balanced over a juniper that holds its ground, closing long and refreshing with a subtle spice. Pour it into a G&T with fresh berries and an orange twist, or build it into a Rhubarb-Cranberry Collins for warm weather.
