Description

From Van Wees, the Dutch house behind The Ultimate range, this 10 Year Old is a 2012 vintage matured in Oloroso, cask 900675. Miltonduff, a light, floral Speyside from near Elgin, its spirit long destined for the Ballantine's blend.

Ten years in Oloroso wrapped the floral spirit in raisin and date, the sherry's melanoidins and softening tannin knitting with the fruit.

At 46% it shows sherried dried fruit over the floral body. An Ultimate 10.
