From Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this 11 Year Old is a 2009 ex-Bourbon single cask, numbers 701734 and 701738. Miltonduff, the floral Speyside distilled where Pluscarden Abbey's old meal mill once stood, long a heart of Ballantine's.

Eleven years in ex-Bourbon settled the light, floral spirit, honey and vanilla knitting with apple and pear as slow oxidation began its work.

At 46% it shows apple, sweet pear and vanilla. An Un-Chillfiltered 11.
