Description

From Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this 12 Year Old draws on a 2009 vintage in ex-Bourbon, casks 701735 and 701742. Miltonduff, the fresh, floral Speyside distilled beside Pluscarden Abbey near Elgin and long bound for the Ballantine's blend.

Twelve years in ex-Bourbon settled Miltonduff's light spirit, honey and vanilla knitting with apple and pear as slow oxidation began its work.

At 46% it shows apple, sweet pear and vanilla. An Un-Chillfiltered 12.
