Description

From Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this 18 Year Old draws on a 1995 vintage in ex-Bourbon, casks 4110 and 4111, 615 bottles filled. Miltonduff, the floral Speyside malt distilled near Pluscarden Abbey and long destined for Ballantine's.

Across eighteen years the oak's ellagitannins added structure while oxidation deepened the grassy, floral make into cooked fruit and light spice.

At 46% it shows apple, pear, honey and vanilla. An Un-Chillfiltered 18.
