Description

From Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this 18 Year Old is a 1995 ex-Bourbon single cask, numbers 4120 and 4121, a release of 594 bottles. Miltonduff, the sweet, grassy Speyside raised on the grounds of Pluscarden Abbey and known as a Ballantine's workhorse.

Eighteen years in a bourbon cask matured the floral spirit into richer territory, toffee and cooked fruit over an emerging waxiness.

At 46% it shows apple, pear, honey and vanilla. An Un-Chillfiltered 18.
