Description

From Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this 19 Year Old is a 1995 vintage from ex-Bourbon casks 4122 and 4123. Miltonduff, the floral Speyside malt distilled near Pluscarden Abbey and long destined for Ballantine's.

Across nineteen years the oak's ellagitannins added structure while oxidation deepened the light, floral spirit into cooked fruit and light spice.

At 46% it shows apple, pear, honey and vanilla. An Un-Chillfiltered 19.
