Description

Sestante, the storied Italian bottler, bottled Miltonduff under the Pluscarden Valley name, after the abbey on whose grounds the distillery stands. This 12 Year Old is in ex-Bourbon. Miltonduff, a light, floral Speyside from near Elgin, its spirit long destined for the Ballantine's blend.

Twelve years in ex-Bourbon settled the floral spirit, honey and vanilla knitting with apple and pear as slow oxidation began its work.

At 43% it shows apple, pear, honey and vanilla. A Pluscarden Valley 12.
