Description
Eilan Gillan bottles this 10 Year Old, a 1998 vintage in American oak. Miltonduff, a light, floral Speyside from near Elgin, its spirit long destined for the Ballantine's blend.
By ten years the ex-Bourbon cask had integrated with the floral spirit, caramelised hemicellulose lending toffee alongside the vanilla.
At 46% it shows apple, pear, honey and vanilla. An Eilan Gillan 10.
