Description

Blackadder, known for its Raw Cask bottlings drawn straight from the barrel with sediment intact. This Raw Cask 11 Year Old is a 2011 ex-Bourbon single cask, number 101, a release of 236 bottles. Miltonduff, the sweet, grassy Speyside raised on the grounds of Pluscarden Abbey and known as a Ballantine's workhorse.

Eleven years in ex-Bourbon settled the floral spirit, honey and vanilla knitting with apple and pear as slow oxidation began its work.

At 61.5% it shows vivid apple, pear and vanilla, undiluted. A Raw Cask 11.
