From A.D. Rattray's Individual Cask Bottling range, this 19 Year Old comes from a 1995 ex-Bourbon cask, number 2615, an outturn of 199 bottles. Miltonduff, the fresh, floral Speyside distilled beside Pluscarden Abbey near Elgin and long bound for the Ballantine's blend.

Across nineteen years the oak's ellagitannins added structure while oxidation deepened the grassy, floral make into cooked fruit and light spice.

At 55.8% it shows orchard fruit, pear and vanilla, undiluted. An Individual Cask 19.
