Best Dram is a German single-cask specialist. This bottling is a 6 year old Williamson, from cask 131, laid down in 2015 and drawn off in 2021. Bottled as Williamson because it is teaspooned, a Laphroaig cask with a spoonful of another malt stirred in, which makes it legally a blended malt. The name honours Bessie Williamson, the first woman to own and run a Scotch distillery.

6 years in ex-Bourbon hand the oak the iodine-rich spirit.

Bottled undiluted at 59.3%, the ex-Bourbon adds a vanilla sweetness. A coastal, medicinal smoke carries through to the finish.
