Redbreast PX Edition brings a new layer of sweetness and richness to the beloved Redbreast range. Like all Redbreast whiskeys, it is made from a mix of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled at Midleton Distillery, using the single pot still method that defines the brand. What sets this edition apart is its final maturation in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which are known for imparting intense sweetness and dark, fruity flavors.
