Monnier Trading bottles this 21 Year Old in its Kreuzritter Collection, a 1992 vintage matured in Oloroso, cask 0884, 237 bottles filled. Miltonduff, the fresh, floral Speyside distilled beside Pluscarden Abbey near Elgin and long bound for the Ballantine's blend.

Twenty-one years in Oloroso deepened the delicate Speyside make into figgy, baked dried fruit, oxidation and ellagitannin structure adding a polished-oak grip.

At 56.7% it shows deep sherried dried fruit over the mature floral body, undiluted. A Kreuzritter 21.
