Description

Uncharted Whisky Co. bottles this 16 Year Old in its Let's Stay Together series, a 2006 vintage matured in Pedro Ximenez, cask UC014, an outturn of 380 bottles. Miltonduff, the delicate Speyside drawn from the abbey-blessed Black Burn and long bound for Ballantine's.

Sixteen years in PX layered Miltonduff's light spirit with dark raisin, date and treacle, melanoidins and oxidation deepening it toward molasses and chocolate.

At 50% it shows chocolate, cooked and dried fruit over the floral body, undiluted. A Let's Stay Together 16.
