Alistair Walker, of the family behind BenRiach and GlenDronach, runs the Infrequent Flyers range. Distilled in 2012, this 11 Year Old matured in Oloroso, cask 5472, a release of 651 bottles. Miltonduff, the delicate Speyside drawn from the abbey-blessed Black Burn and long bound for Ballantine's.

Eleven years in Oloroso wrapped the soft, floral character in raisin and date, the sherry's melanoidins and softening tannin knitting with the fruit.

At 59.4% it shows sherried dried fruit over the floral body, undiluted. An Infrequent Flyers 11.
