From Meadowside Blending's Maltman range, this 11 Year Old is a 2008 vintage matured in a Madeira cask, number 5983, an outturn of 337. Miltonduff, a light, floral Speyside from near Elgin, its spirit long destined for the Ballantine's blend.

Eleven years in Madeira gave the floral spirit candied citrus and burnt sugar from the fortified wine.

At 50.5% it shows Madeira's candied citrus and burnt sugar over the floral body, undiluted. A Madeira Maltman 11.
