This Second Crop Sowing Edition is the next vintage of Lochlea's springtime seasonal release, matured in first-fill bourbon. Each Crop is its own batch, never repeated.

First-fill American oak lends vanilla and a soft sweetness through its lignin and lactones, framing the distillery's own-barley spirit without weighing it down.

At 46% it shows fresh fruit and vanilla over a malty, faintly mineral freshness, the light orchard-fruity Sowing style. The Second Crop Sowing.
