The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, founded at The Vaults in Leith in 1983, codes its bottlings rather than naming distilleries, 112 being Loch Lomond. This is a 19 year old from 2001, titled Sunshine and shadow.

Nineteen years in ex-Bourbon mellow the spirit, the low-tannin oak lending vanilla while oxidation builds depth.
