This 16 Year Old is part of the Waypoint Series, named for landmarks around the loch, here Falls of Falloch. A Loch Lomond matured in ex-Bourbon and Cognac.

Sixteen years with a Cognac influence lend a grapey, floral fruit and fine oak spice over the balanced spirit, the ex-Bourbon giving vanilla.

At 46.2% it shows citrus, fresh fruit, hay, honey and a glasshouse-green note with the Cognac's soft vinous edge. A Waypoint Series 16.
