This 12 Year Old is an ex-Bourbon-led release of Loch Lomond's core malt, the balanced Highland style at its most recognisable age. Spirit drawn from the distillery's straight- and swan-neck stills.

Twelve years in ex-Bourbon round the spirit, the low-tannin American oak lending vanilla and a creamy depth through its lignin and lactones.

At 46% it shows honey, vanilla and dried fruit over a malty core, with chocolate and a citric lift. The balanced core 12.
