The 10 Year Old is the gentlest step into Loch Lomond's range, a balanced Highland single malt built from the distillery's own blend of styles. Loch Lomond is the most versatile distillery in Scotland, drawing malt off both straight-neck and swan-neck stills at its Alexandria site on the loch's southern shore.

Ten years in ex-Bourbon let the American oak do gentle work on a light, fruity spirit. Being low in tannin, the oak frames rather than dominates.

At 40% it shows fresh orchard fruit, honey and vanilla with a citric lift and a soft malty depth, lignin in the oak yielding the vanilla. An easy, everyday Loch Lomond.
