Andrew Symington started Signatory Vintage in 1988, a hotel manager turned one of Scotland's busiest bottlers. This 9 year old Linkwood, from cask 800056 + 800058, came off the stills in 2008 and was bottled in 2018, in The Un-Chillfiltered Collection range.

Nine years in a refill bourbon cask keep the lifted, grassy Linkwood spirit bright.

At 46%, soft vanilla and oak come from the ex-Bourbon. The profile runs to honey, cooked fruit, citrus, fresh fruit, a mossy note, new wood.
