Description
Wilson & Morgan is the Italian house of Fabio Rossi, known for its Barrel Selection single casks. This 10 year old Linkwood, from cask 306192, came off the stills in 2015 and was bottled in 2025, in the Barrel Selection range.
Ten years in Oloroso fold dried fruit through its fragrant, springtime-floral make.
At 57.1%, undiluted, the Oloroso adds dried fruit, nutmeg and polished oak. Green apple, hay and a soft vanilla sweetness carry it.
