Elixir Distillers is the house of collector Sukhinder Singh, behind the Single Malts of Scotland range. Filled in 2011 and bottled in 2019, the whisky is a 7 year old Linkwood, from cask 306013, from The Single Malts of Scotland range.

Seven years in Oloroso draw the cask's fruit into the refined, floral character.

At 48%, undiluted, dried fruit, nutmeg and a polished-oak depth from the sherry. Expect citrus, dried fruit, leather, new wood, a sherried character, a toasted note.
