Linkwood 30 Years Old 1992 Cask #564 (Alistair Walker Whisky Company)

The Alistair Walker Whisky Company releases single casks under the Infrequent Flyers name. This 30 year old Linkwood, from cask 564, came off the stills in 1992 and was bottled in 2023, from the Infrequent Flyers range.

It spent thirty years in ex-Bourbon, long enough to round the bright, orchard-fruit spirit.

Bottled at cask strength, 46.8%, vanilla and a gentle oak sweetness from the bourbon cask. It carries chocolate, citrus, cooked fruit, dried fruit, honey, a malt note.
