Gordon & MacPhail of Elgin has shaped independent bottling for over a century, since 1895. Distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2020, this is a 30 year old Linkwood, from cask 6961, in the Connoisseurs Choice range.

Held in Oloroso for thirty years, the cask works its fruit into its clean, apple-and-pear character.

At 48.6%, undiluted, the Oloroso lends raisin, fig and a nutty spice. It carries a savoury edge.
