Linkwood 27 Years Old 1997 Cask #20/3 (Signatory)

Signatory Vintage was founded in Edinburgh in 1988 by Andrew Symington, who later bought Edradour distillery. This 27 year old Linkwood, from cask 20/3, came off the stills in 1997 and was bottled in 2024.

Twenty-seven years of Oloroso steep its fragrant, springtime-floral make in the cask.

At 55.7%, undiluted, the Oloroso lends raisin, fig and a nutty spice. On the palate, chocolate, vanilla, citrus, dried fruit, fresh fruit, old wood.
