Description

Signatory Vintage has bottled vintage-dated single casks since 1988, latterly from its Edradour home. This bottling is a 25 year old Linkwood, from cask 7589, laid down in 1997 and drawn off in 2023, part of the Cask Strength Collection series.

Time in ex-Bourbon, twenty-five years of it, frames the fragrant, grassy Linkwood character.

At its natural 56.4%, vanilla and light oak come from the bourbon cask. Green apple, hay and a soft vanilla sweetness carry it.
