Linkwood 23 Years Old 1989 Cask #5048 (Adelphi)

Adelphi revived a historic Glasgow distilling name as a small independent bottler, hand-numbering its single casks. A 23 year old Linkwood, from cask 5048, this was distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2012, from the Selection range.

From an ex-Bourbon cask, twenty-three years draw out Linkwood's delicate orchard-fruit spirit.

Bottled at cask strength, 48.8%, the ex-Bourbon brings vanilla and a touch of coconut. Apple blossom, hay and gentle honey on the close.
