La Maison du Whisky has been Paris's leading whisky house since 1956, a retailer and bottler with deep ties to Scotland and Japan. This 21 year old Linkwood was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2018.
Matured in Oloroso, twenty-one years wrap the bright, orchard-fruit spirit in the cask's character.
At its natural 58%, the sherry cask adds dried fruit and nutmeg. It carries a cooked-vegetable note, a fragrant note, a nutty note, a sherried character.
