Linkwood 20 Years Old 1997 Cask #7543 (Signatory)

Signatory Vintage grew from a 1988 Edinburgh start into a prolific bottler of single casks. This 20 year old Linkwood, from cask 7543, was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2017, in The Un-Chillfiltered Collection range.

Aged twenty years in ex-Bourbon, the oak lifts the clean, floral house style.

At its natural 56%, the American oak adds vanilla over the orchard fruit. Delicate and fragrant, with a fresh, grassy lift.
